Why Choose Us?
4 pillars of a protected purchase
The unit, the sheet, and the haul all start at 100 Center St, Sargent, NE 68874. Coverage is included with the purchase, and a refund path is written down before the unit leaves ZIP 68874.
★★★★★
Certified on the lot
Checked. Matched to the sheet. Then covered.
Before a haul is booked, the unit is inspected at 100 Center St against the fields on its own page. A truck or a car is checked for miles, engine, and drive. A motor RV is checked for miles, length, sleeps, and slides. A camper is checked for length, weight, sleeps, and layout. The 6-month coverage applies to the systems named on that page, starting the day the unit is delivered.
★★★★★
Six-month coverage
Major systems, all 50 states
Trucks and cars are covered on the engine and the transmission. A motor RV adds the slide mechanisms listed on the page. A camper is covered on the axle, the frame, and the appliances named on the listing. StoneHarbor handles the claim as a repair, a credit toward another unit on the lot, or the refund below. There is no second shop and no second policy number. The stock number is the claim number.
★★★★★
One yard in Sargent
ZIP 68874, then any state
The lot is 100 Center St, Sargent, NE 68874. Buyers in Nebraska and buyers across the country use the same stock number, the same fields, and the same $0.85 per mile rate. The unit stays on this lot until the haul is booked. It is not moved to another yard to be resold under a different sheet.
★★★★★
Freight, then coverage
The clock starts at your ZIP
The quote is $0.85 per mile from ZIP 68874, written before the unit moves. Cars and trucks go on an open carrier. A motor RV is driven or hauled. A camper is towed. The 6-month coverage and the 30-day refund window both start when the unit is delivered to the ZIP on that quote, not while it is still parked in Sargent.
Risk-free purchasing
These protections come with a paid purchase. They are not a loan, and the lot does not finance the unit.
Included
Standard warranty
Every purchase includes coverage for an unexpected defect in a system listed on the unit page, present when the unit arrives. The page is the list: if the engine, transmission, slides, axle, or a named appliance is on that sheet, it is inside this coverage. Wear that was already written on the listing is not a new defect.
30 days
30-day / 500-mile refund
Use the truck, car, or motor RV. If an undisclosed defect in a listed system shows up within 30 days of delivery or within the first 500 miles, whichever comes first, return the unit for a refund of the price paid for it. A camper has no mile count on the page, so that refund runs for 30 days from delivery. The return haul is arranged back to ZIP 68874. The refund is the unit price. Freight paid for the trip out is not added back. Miles or wear already written on the sheet are not an undisclosed defect.
On arrival
If the sheet does not match
If the unit that arrives is not the year, type, or stock number you bought, or a field on the page is wrong, StoneHarbor does not leave you with the mismatch. The correction is a repair credit, an exchange for another unit on the lot, or a refund of the unit price. You pick that up with the same stock number you used to book the haul.
Coverage tiers
What is included, what the 6 months add, and what the inspection is for.
With the purchase
Standard coverage
The unit is sold as the sheet describes it. When it arrives, the listed systems are in the working order written on the page, ready for the road or the campsite. This tier is on every truck, car, motor RV, and camper. It does not depend on the destination ZIP.
6 months
Major-system coverage
For 6 months after delivery, StoneHarbor covers the engine and transmission on a truck or car, those plus the listed slides on a motor RV, and the axle, frame, and listed appliances on a camper. A claim uses the stock number. Inside the 30-day or 500-mile window, an undisclosed defect in a listed system can be a refund of the unit price. After that window, the remedy is a repair or a credit, not a refund.
Before it leaves
Inspection at 100 Center St
The inspection happens at the Sargent lot, before the carrier is booked. It confirms the fields on the page: miles where the unit is driven, length and weight where those are the listing, sleeps, slides, and layout where the type uses them. The unit that leaves is the unit on that stock number.
Buyers who take delivery
People buying a truck, a car, a motor RV, or a camper from this lot are not asked to live in Sargent. The same sheet and the same $0.85 rate are what a buyer in Nebraska and a buyer in another state both use. The reviews on this site are from those hauls: the ZIP they sent, the day the unit left, and the stock number that stayed with it.
The next unit
A buyer who comes back uses the same stock-number habit. The next truck or camper is another page, another ZIP quote, and the same 6-month coverage and 30-day refund. The lot does not reset the rules because the second unit is a different type.
After it is in use
The 500 miles and the 30 days are there so a driven unit can be used, not only looked at on a lot. A camper is judged on the 30 days, against length, weight, sleeps, and layout. If a listed system fails inside that window and it was not on the sheet, the refund of the unit price is the remedy.
