A question sent from this site includes only what you type into the form.

What the form sends

That is your name, email, phone, and message. When the question starts from a unit, it also includes that stock number and, if you typed one, the destination ZIP. A visit day is included only when you fill that field.

The freight calculator stays in the browser. The ZIP you type is used to write the estimate on the page. It is not stored as an account.

The lot uses the message to answer the question or to quote freight for that stock number.
